We have known, from the beginning, that we would need  between 1.2 and 1.5 ha, depending on terms and conditions re height of permitted buildings and similar​

Now that we have 0.2 ha in Tsuen Wan, what is the balance needed. 1.3 ha. ​

We have some ideas in mind that we are bringing to the Government, but if you have other suggestions re possible locations, we would love to hear from you!​

As we have said, sadly, should we have only the Tsuen Wan site, we would need to close in Hong Kong.
