Disaster X-perience

Experts say there is no such thing as natural disasters. There are natural hazards, but they become disasters only when human beings make mistakes. That means lives are lost, every year, that needn’t be. Crossroads, at the invitation of the United Nations, is developing a disaster simulation to see disaster risk reduced.
