If you have donated via credit card, you will shortly receive a confirmation email from our payment processor. For cheques and bank transfers, we have emailed the payment details to you.

As soon as the funds have been received, you will receive an emailed receipt from our Accounts Department. If you require a printed version of the receipt, or have any questions regarding your donation, please contact us as accounts@crossroads.org.hk
