For the past 30 years, Crossroads has been redistributing good quality donated goods to people in need. We are pleased to offer our services to those impacted by the tragic fire in Tai Po. 

We typically have the following items in stock: household furniture, including beds, mattresses, pillows, linen, kitchen utensils and appliances, fridges, washing machines, home appliances, clothing (summer and winter), children’s clothing, toys, stationery, computers, bikes, etc.

To apply for goods, speak to your Social Worker. They are authorised to request goods from Crossroads on your behalf. If you don’t know the details of your Social Worker, you can call the Social Welfare Department Hotline at 23432255

If you are a Social Worker supporting people affected by the Tai Po fire…

You can apply for goods for your client simply by registering their needs on our GoodCity app. Our system gives two different options:  

• Book a visit to our Tuen Mun warehouse.
• Don’t want to come to Tuen Mun? You can browse and select goods online.  

We can help you arrange free delivery of the goods from our warehouse.
