Donations: If you have made a donation in error and require a refund, please inform us within seven days and we will make every effort to refund the full amount, minus any bank or other transaction charges incurred by us. If your donated funds have already been disbursed, we apologise that we may be unable to refund.

Simulation bookings: If you cancel your booking with more than 6 weeks before your scheduled programme, we will refund you. If you cancel your booking with less than 6 weeks to go, we will, regretfully, be unable to do so.
