This simulation connects participants to the multi-faceted challenge of development, within the fictional village of Kalumbut. An aid agency has offered to find solutions to problems such as a local rubbish dump, lack of access to clean water, health issues and few kids attending the local school. In order to see these solutions bring change to the community as a whole, however, participants must demonstrate their ability to dialogue and work as a team.
